Bio Description –

Saket Sah has served as Group Head -Investor Relations & ESG Reporting of RP Sanjiv Goenka since October 2022. He holds an MBA Degree in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai and Bachelor’s Degree from Mumbai University . He brings over 24 + years of experience in Investor Relations, ESG, Corporate Finance, M&A, Equity Fundraising, Capital Markets and Fixed Income.

Saket plays a pivotal role in developing strategies and leading engagement with FII and domestic investor community, research analysts, proxy advisors, ESG rating agencies, making sure business performance and growth strategy are well understood.

He has also been a strong advocate of ESG/Sustainability and his areas of expertise include framing and implementing Sustainability/ ESG strategy, climate change, Climate finance, sustainability reporting (GRI, TCFD, IR, SEBI-BRSR), and CSR.

Prior to joining RP Sanjiv Goenka, Saket spent 15 years + at Aditya Birla Group & Grasim Industries Ltd. he lead Investor Relations and ESG Reporting at Grasim Industries, the flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group. His deep financial acumen and implementation of best practises combined with expertise in sustainability reporting have been instrumental in strengthening corporate transparency and stakeholder confidence.

He has held key roles at renowned organizations such, Citigroup and Tower Capital and Securities where he worked in Capital Market and Fixed Income division.
