SCCN in leading Universities of China

TERRE Policy Centre-India, UNESCO-Paris and China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF)-China organised a round table on Smart Campus Cloud Network-SCCN on 25th January 2019 in Beijing. CBCGDF has agreed to be China-hub for SCCN to outreach to Chinese universities High level Representatives from Key universities (Peking, Tsinghua, Nankai and others) as well as students from these universities participated. Prof Jinfeng Zhou of CBCGDF added new dimension to SCCN, i.e related to SDG 15 'Life on Land'. As per him, "the campuses should work in conservation of flora and Fauna in the campus and in the areas to be adopted by them". Students supported the new inclusion. UNESCO-Paris expressed full support from its Knowledge Society Division
