The Institute works with an erg to build the youth with the mind to serve the society and work for the upliftment of the economically backward people. Various programmes conducted like plantation, immunization, construction and repair, disaster management and adventure programmes
The Institute is situated in 130 acres of lush green campus with 2 lakh trees. Its students have planted a span of 4 lakh trees in a decade’s time in the villages and towns around the campus. The Institute has its own sewage treatment plant and recycles it water, its solid waste is disposed with all modern technology. The mess uses a part of its energy through the biogas plant and the solar energy is harnessed to the maximum in the campus, quarters and hostels. |
