Universities in China are closed but not the minds of the students. Their minds are lit in the lantern festival though they remained silent.
Marking the final day of the traditional Chinese New Year celebrations, on 7th February 2020 the lanterns in Shanghai's iconic Yuyuan Garden Lantern fair remained lit but closed to the public. The serenity was maintained to send prayers for the nation especially, those at the frontlines of the epidemic, by broadcasting the empty garden online.
While the universities in China have announced the postponement of Spring semesters, the awareness and preparedness would continue to keep the citizens informed and safe in this ordeal. That is how the Chinese students in the Universities can continue the implementation of SDG 3 - Good health and well-being. The beginning was marked by moving the traditional lantern puzzles online with an emphasis on the epidemic prevention control.
