SCCN in Global Positive Forum

It is my pleasure to announce that the Smart Campus Cloud Network (SCCN) has partnered with Positive Planet Foundation to livestream the Global Positive Forum, that took place in Paris on this 1st September, 2017.

The Global Positive Forum launched the six-month international dialogue on how to accelerate the positive revolution for the benefit of future generations, under the High Patronage of Mr. Emmanuel MACRON, President of the French Republic.

It was held at the Seine Musicale and the event featured sessions on varied topics, including "Future Generations at the Heart of the Positive Revolution" by Jacques Attali, "What do we Expect from Global Positive Leaders" by Rebecca Sfedj, co-founder of Le Noise & Student Entrepreneurship Manager, or "Making Tomorrow Better than Today: Tackling the Challenge of Climate Change" by H.E. Mr. Frank Bainimarama, Prime Minister of Fiji and President of COP23.

Such events are opportunities for students around the world to learn more about their peers' engagement in making the world a better place. By logging into the livestream session, students from all across the world could see that there are millions of students in Europe trying to contribute and take action for positive economy and sustainable development.

This was definitely the start of a great collaboration between the SCCN and Positive Planet to access campuses all over Europe and promote action in favor of implementing the SDGs through future policymakers.
