Dr. D. Y. Patil B -School was established in 2014! It is an institution with global reputation, imparting high quality management education. It has been playing an important role in professionalizing Indian management through its Programs. The Institute is continually evolving to meet its goals in an ever-changing business environment.

Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School aims to create value-driven leaders, global managers and entrepreneurs with strong conceptual foundations and analytical approach to help them be the best in whichever field they choose. The aim is to innovatively address the needs of a modern India, and connecting aspirations and realities to attain benchmarks that are respected internationally. The Institute is gradually increasing its portfolio of activities to fulfill these objectives.

The institute's curriculum has been designed by experts from the field of management education. The comprehensive learning methodology at the Institute is deeply reflective of a curriculum that is rigorous, relevant, contemporary and progressive. The learning methodology is experiential with a focus on the application of concept, interactive lectures, case study analysis, classroom projects and exercises, class simulations and games, group presentations, analysis of contemporary articles from refereed journals, field projects and company visits, activity labs are some of the pedagogical tools used in delivering subjects. The campus is rich with state-of-the-art classrooms to facilitate various pedagogies, IT infrastructure for connectivity and access to academic resources among others.
