PAH Solapur University is young and dynamic University established in the year 2004. It has received 2F and 12B recognition from UGC, in 2013; NAAC accreditations with ‘B’ grade (CGPA 2.62) in 2015. Recently the university received UI Green Metric World University Ranking 2020 award for Most Sustainable University in the World. PAH Solapur University is “Progressive and perfect” and has its jurisdiction limited to only one unitary district-Solapur. The university has 111 affiliated colleges catering to the needs of the youth desiring to pursue higher education. The university has adopted the school system and brought various departments under the umbrella of ten schools and equal number of research programs. Presently university has introduced more than 92 skill courses under SDC. In the pretext of new National Education Policy 2020, our university has already stepped into action and initiated several measures in the line of the NEP guidelines. PAH Solapur University puts extra efforts in reaching rural and agri based youth. The university is Digital University. Incubation Centre in the University under the Start up India scheme of the central government is yet another milestone. New platform for research of teachers has been provided through RUSA and RGST, Govt. of Maharashtra.
