Generative AI to Intuitive AI

World of never-ceasing inventions may cease the need for inventors

When we talk about Artificial Intelligence (AI), the first picture that comes to our mind is 'robot'. Robotic image of AI, however, has long been surpassed by new technological transformation. The age of getting in awe of 'robots' is over.

In this era of augmenting intelligence, we daily come across something new that captivates us about Internet of Things and AI, and open our mind to the galaxies of possibilities.

The inventions that were hitherto the reserves of Faradays and Edison's are now being the new area of AI. We do not have to wait for someone to invent. Machines with AI can do that.

Swiss Technology Company Iprova is taking data-driven approach to research and development, and using artificial intelligence come up with new ideas. Its Founder and CEO Julian Nolan believes in drawing wide range of information and using 'machine learning' and other technologies to augment human intelligence to invent.

Now, imagine that AI is deployed for inventions and discoveries leading to the Sustainable Development and for inclusive and peaceful world.

With the aim to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agreed by all the world leaders two years back, Smart Campus Cloud Network (SCCN) has developed this vision. SCCN encourages the students and the faculties from college campuses to implement the relevant SDGs within the campus and share the data on cloud platform, SmartSense.

Sharing of the real time data of resource efficiency on energy, water, raw material, production and consumption pattern is generating positive competition among the students from various campuses and guiding those campuses to cut-down the inefficient and over-consumption of resources. The Big Data Analytics has immense potential that may seem unimaginable but is doable at the same time. Bringing all these cloud data can help students and faculties to come up with mitigating ideas in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

'Machine learning' can turn out to be the most beneficial in the field of environmental science. There is a new field arising called 'Computational Sustainability', which combines all the environmental data with a computer's ability to discover trends and make predictions about the future of our planet.

While all this happens in the worldwide platform, SCCN has a capacity to move much faster in its vision of achieving sustainable outputs and habits in the campuses, which are the smaller laboratories and pilot plants.

Who knows, SCCN would even result into intuitive and predictive intelligence that would lead the world to achieve SDGs.
