SCCN goes beyond simple compliance with SDGs

Smart Campus Cloud Network is a web of diverse universities interconnected with common goal of competing positively to better contribute to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It encourages creativity and innovation through campus based initiatives. It motivates the student communities through learning by doing.

As per Oxford dictionary meaning of 'Smart' includes many attributes like being intelligent, elegant, fresh, stylish and fashionable. In short, smart means elegant use of cutting edge fresh technologies to perform the tasks to achieve the agreed goals.

It is about tree plantation… but it is also about planting the future of youth in campus.

It is about collection of plastics… but it is also about collecting the ideas for the action to reduce production and consumption of the plastics.

It is about recycling the water… but it is also about recalling our centuries old forgotten teachings of conservation.

It is about talking and sharing knowledge… but it is also about walking the talk and caring for the nature.

It is about doing more with less... but it is also about doing better with lesser.

It is about consuming least to produce the most… but it is also about consuming sustainably to learn to be the smartest.

It is about skill building... but is also about building the employment opportunities for Smart Cities and Smart India
